Constructo Kit.The 14-gun Enterprise was built in Maryland, U.S.A. in 1799. The maneuverability and speed of this vessel helped make her famous in the Battle of Tripoli in 1801. This model brilliantly reproduces the very splendid detail which the true seaman will appreciate, such as the cannon attachments and the line haul at the pintle. The kit includes the precision-cut (water jet) keel and frames, all other wooden parts are accurately stamped from precious wood, choice batten material and all wood and metal fittings.
